HeartbeatFrequency parameter not works

I would like to extend frequency when proxy contacts Zabbix server (to 2 min).

I set these parameters, but the proxy still contact server in 1s intervals. I think the problem is Heartbeat but i'm not able to extend the period or disable it (with 0 parameter) - The proxy is active.

ConfigFrequency=120
DataSenderFrequency=120
HeartbeatFrequency=120

Where could be a problem?

Thank you for answer. I have remote command taks disabled so I assumed that proxy will not ask for them. Is there any way how to disable it? We have a problem with too many connections on the firewall.
