frontend does not match Zabbix database - Current: 4050136 - Required: 4040000.

I tried updating Zabbix server 4.4.10 using repository "/4.5/rhel/7/x86_64/zabbix-release-4.5-2.el7.noarch.rpm"
and the server updated correctly but the frontend didn't.

I'm now getting this error message

The frontend does not match Zabbix database. Current database version
(mandatory/optional): 4050136/4050136. Required mandatory version:
4040000. Contact your system administrator.

DB is MySQL 8.0.2

How to update that frontend?

Server 5.0's procedure to update PHP might resolve the issue but it seems this 4.5 repository is more like a beta one, so, I'll leave it be and test with other versions.
Restoring the database to a former state resolved the issue.
