Missing data points on graph due to "not enough sequence numbers"

Our Zabbix support contract just ended and we are starting to see gaps in our data. After taking packet captures at the server and the host, it was easy to tell that when pings were sent, they were successful. However, it seems that Zabbix is unable to send some pings. After further investigation, I found entries in the log with the following errors "became not supported: fping error: not enough sequence numbers available! (expire_timeout=10000000000, host_nr=0, ping_count=0, seqmap_next_id=0)"

What is the solution here? Is there a way to increase the max sequence number field?
Spin up a Zabbix proxy and move some ICMP payloads over?

Ill give that a shot, thank you. Odd though, I searched various absolute text and fuzzy text searches in google looking for someone with a similar question and couldn't find much. I guess I should have done a search on the forums directly.
