In ITEM showing Error!!! [Zabbix Agent Error]

Received empty response from Zabbix Agent at [192.168.X.XX]. Assuming that agent agent dropped connection because of access permission.
please Help folks ....

If the value is set to the IP address of the Zabbix server?
