How check log file for string

Hey
on zabbix 5.4 i have add new item with this options:

Agent (active)
Key: log[/tmp/log.log]
interval: 2min

to return value of that file every 2min but nothing receive in zabbix server
also i want to add trigger to check if a string ( Error ) was on /tmp/log.log an alert send notify
