I'm trying to clean up some old problems (some of them have a duration of a year or longer) that were never acknowledged in Zabbix 5.0.15. However, when I click on the link to open the problem I get a "No permissions to referred object or it does not exist!" error. I don't know how to determine if the problem does not exist or if there is a permissions problem. What should I do to troubleshoot this? Thanks.

I've managed to get a count of 870 problems that cannot be acknowledged due to the "No permissions to referred object or it does not exist!" error. I can't see it being a permissions problem because everything else works (including on hosts that have this problem). Its just these 870 specific problems that don't resolve to anything. So, I think they've been orphaned somehow. Is there a MySQL query that could identify and remove orphaned problems like this?
