zabbix v1.1.2 - cannot create actions

Hello,

I'm new to zabbix.
Just began trying this nice software.

Just some kind of bugs :

1) creating a new host using template not always working : most of the time, items, triggers and graphs not inherited by the host

2) impossible to create a action "Send Message" : when a try, i've got a white blank screen

Any ideas ?
