Monitoring Problem has delay | How to solving ?

Dear Colleagues,

We have topology: host -> zabbix proxy -> zabbix server (version 4.2.1) and database for zabbix server separated (postgresql version 9.6) , the problem is if we checked on monitoring problem there are difference time with current time approximately 3 hours, for example the time in monitoring alert is 14:42 but the current time is 17:04. In my opinion it should be difference about some of minutes not 3 hours . How i can solve this ?
