Zabbix - Cannot read the response, check connection with the Zabbix server

Hey everyone.

I'm new to Zabbix and I need your help!

I'm running a vServer for Zabbix Server with Debian 10.
When I try to monitor some stats of a zabbix agent I get this error:

Is there a known fix for that?
