Monitoring Shared Hosting in Zabbix

Hello Zabbix Community!

I am looking to monitor a shared (I don't have root access to install the agent or snmp) web server. Ideally I would like to get the memory, disk, and CPU stats on the host server. I have phpsysinfo installed on the host and I am able to get the data I want, now I just need to somehow feed that similar data into Zabbix. Has anyone done something similar and have any advice?

http item + several dependent items and a bit of jsonpath preprocessing should give you all you need.
