Agent 2 as windows service will not start after boot

This has happened now multiple times, agent 2 run as service is not started after boot. Logging on default settings do not register anything. Seems that delayed start did not fix the issue. Has anyone else similar behavior?
Seems to happen with different agent2 versions.Also happened on multiple different windows computers.
