Data gaps in Graphs SNMP device

    Hi everyone,

we're experiencing some problems with SNMP monitoring of the UPS from APC. We're using Zabbix Proxys for all customers to monitor per site devices.
ICMP works constantly for those devices but the SNMP based values have many gaps and are not constantly monitored.
I've not seen any problems in the Zabbix-proxy.log, increasing the poller amount doesn't seem to fix it.
Other devices monitored by the same proxy have constant SNMP data, so what's going on here? Any ideas?

    The queue of the proxy is 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 on the servers page.

    and statistics of the proxy:

I have a similar issue with SNMP and it seems related to yours.
I've posted this tread a while ago, but haven't found a solution yet.

      Hi everyone,

I've found the solution. In the Template at "Preprocessing" there was selected by default: "Discard unchanged with heartbeat" 6h, that means if the value retrieved from the system is the same as previous, do not save it. This produced the gaps in our graphs.
