zabbix server is not running....again

i am using zabbix 5.0 LTS.
a "zabbix server is not running" pop up yesterday and i found a fix in the webpage "https://bobcares.com/blog/zabbix-server-is-not-running/"
i update the iptables and server is running again.

However, i face another server not running issue , and i check all config are correct.
Still , any way to troubleshoot the error?

check the logs ? in my experience 99% of time the "why" is in there - for "how" you can ask or search
