Cannot update User Group - Field "usrgrpid" is mandatory.

Hello,

I can't update user groups. For example, I am unable to remove a user or to change the permissions for the group.

Whenever I try to update it, the page returns this error message:

ERROR: Zabbix has received an incorrect request.

"Field "usrgrpid" is mandatory."

I noticed that not all groups are affected, but most. Specifically, if a group has no users, it seems to not trigger the error.

Also, if I try to remove the group from the user, using the user configuration page, things work. But if I try to do the same thing, to remove the user from the group, but this time from the group configuration page, it fails.

Guys, I have followed the solution from a post by richlv.

After I knew what to do, it was simple enough.

Just add the value max_input_vars to 2000 on the php config file, located at /etc/httpd/conf.d/zabbix.conf.
