I have configured snmpv3 on a Cisco switch c2960x and added it as a host on Zabbix, I have also configured 3 items of type "snmp agent". all three items under this host are showing the error message "Cannot connect to host:161. Authentication failure (incorrect password, community, or key)
snmpwalk from the Zabbix server towards the switch is successful. going to the "item" and clicking on test returns the proper result. same configuration on a second switch works fine.
appreciate any help to solve this as it is driving me crazy.
