Strange issue with map - no status for host group?

I have a map configured with 40 host groups on it.
All host groups are configured the same and on the map have the status "OK" after them. That is..... apart from one host group. That icon on the map does not show "OK" and is just blank. It will display "problem" when there is an issue but no "OK" when things are fine.
Any idea?

It appears if a host is disabled in the group, the "OK" doesn't show. I deleted the disabled host and "OK" showed again.
