I am running into an issue with my Zabbix server where I receive alerts about Poller and Trapper processes being too busy.
When checking a bit on the web, I learnt that Zabbix launches multiple instances of each process to run things in parallel. However I couldn't find documentation developed enough about them, so my first question is what are these processes and what's the role of each one of them?
My second question is what are the implications of increasing or decreasing the number of these processes in Zabbix config, on the server performance? If I increase the StartPollers parameters for instance, will it solve my issue? and what are the rules to determine the right value?
