Alerts from Actions that dont exist.

Hello,

- Zabbix V5.4
- migrated from V4.4

Alerts are getting sent out for an Action that no longer exists. There is also no Action Log trail for these alerts. I have tried looking in the DB for clues to where these actions are coming from but nothing was obvious. How can I clear out the cache or find the conditions of Actions in the DB which might be causing this issue? The email alerts contain the most recent time and the event id.

Any advice to how I can find this rogue Action?

So, in case anyone else comes accross this.
Turns out that our staging server was able to send email notifications through our production server. There was similar domains I think. but weird that SMTP setup was turned off in staging yet it was still sending messages through production. I tracked this down looking through the database for the event id. The email alerts contained this useful information to help track it down.
