I'm having authentication problems.
I needed to restore a backup of the Zabbix virtual machine, and after the restore, I can't authenticate.
Authentication is via LDAP to an Active Directory. The problem is that not even the admin, who is a local user, authenticates.
When I try to login with Admin, I see the message "Incorrect user name or password or account is temporarily blocked."
The password is correct, I'm 100% sure and I've also tried to reset the password directly in the database.
In addition, any user that I try to enter and that is part of the Active Directory can log in, but enters with a GUEST profile, that is, I do not have access to the settings.
I don't know what else to check, any ideas?
