    That item is not supported on Windows.
    I think, there is some cosmetic error on this page https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...ed_by_platform
    If you hold mouse over the line "Windows", it highlights also row number 2 (red on pic), creating illusion, like windows stuff is on second column.... not! Windows things are on first column! (green in pic)

        You can get similar (but not exactly same) with "system.uname".

          Is there any way to make result of system.uname more user friendly?

          I'm getting:
          Windows HOST.NAME <some numbers> Microsoft Windows Server 2019 Standard x64​

          I was thinking about running some preprocessing

            system.sw.osinfo
            Supported platforms: Linux, Windows. Supported on Windows since Zabbix 6.4.

            Zabbix server 7.0.2 with latest Template + Zabbix agent 6.4.12 = not supported (Unknown metric system.sw.os)

            Documentation bug?
