Preprocessing on integer items 0<x<1

Hi,

I'm looking at a network interface on a device that has input errors, just many. I can see the errors increase slowly on both the device and the OID.

My Item in Zabbix is, of type Numeric with "Change per second" preprocessing. (The OID is type integer)

The history always shows 0, I'm thinking that this is because the change per second is smaller than 1 and it gets rounded down to 0.

Is that correct?

Is there a way to fix this so that the errors still show up?
