We updated to latest version 2.4.7 from 2.4.1 and after that SMS stopped working. We are using CentOS 7 and RPM from http://repo.zabbix.com/zabbix/2.4/rhel/7/x86_64/
I have tryed to check everything, but cannot find any configuration errors. zabbix user is member of dialout. I can also send sms from console.
zabbix-server.log shows following errors:
