X-axis time interval in widget graphs arbitrary?

Currently in the process of testing if I can migrate my Check-MK monitoring setup to Zabbix 6.
Running into some readability problems when it comes to the X-axis in graph widgets, as shown below: (checkmk on the left, zabbix on the right)

Both graphs show a now-4h time interval and item check interval is set to 60s. The zabbix timestamps seem arbitrary? I can't figure out why it does this but I suspect it has something to do with the exact time values are received and/or saved. Since the X-axis cannot be configured in any way, Is it possible to get one-hour intervals like the check-mk graph? This makes the graph much more readable in my opinion.

I agree, this is a needed improvement. I've created a feature request...please vote on it!

Its been a while, but I actually switched to zabbix when I posted this last year. Latest Zabbix still has the problem, but I guess not too many people are bothered by it. :-)

The real answer is probably that not too many people use the new types of graphs. I don't recall any factory templates using them, for example

No template uses it, as that "new" graph widget is not avilable in template dashboards (like many others).. You can only use "classic" graphs and prototypes there...

Works for me, not that I actually want it to, as I prefer the classic graphs:

Right, I overlooked the version.. v6 what I use mainly does not have that much things available in template dashboards than v7...
