Zabbix 6.0.0 - SQL querries get stuck when running on Mariadb 10.6

Running Zabbix Server 6.0.0 on Ubuntu 20.04.4. 4 powerful cores, 8GB RAM, SSD RAID. When installed with Mariadb 10.6 queries get stuck as soon as zabbix-server started.
CPU load on one core as also 100% and frontend not responding at that moment. With empty server query sometimes get through, but as soon as I add several hosts it completely locks out.
Absolutely no errors in syslog or zabbix-server log.
Non of cache optimizations help and with mariadb v.10.5 things get back to normal.
    Can this be easily solved?

I'm running 10.6 on Ubuntu 20.04 and it runs just fine. FYI... this wasn't a fresh install. I upgraded from 10.3.

I have a clean install, and did it several time, problem absolutely persistent. :/
"select distinct tt.triggertagid....." query constantly gets stuck and non other queries go through until it passes.

I am having the same problem. Made a new server with MariaDB 10.6, imported DB, it upgraded successfully but I have no monitoring. There is no queue on Zabbix.

        Does anybody have a solution?

EDIT: If you clear the template and add it again, it creates the items. And then it starts monitoring the host.
