Apache proc.mem becomes sometimes unsupported with Zabbix Agent 2

CentOS 7, Zabbix Agent 2 v5.0

After migrating to from classic Zabbix Agent to Zabbix Agent 2 I get few times a week a warning about "proc.mem["httpd",,,,vsize]" and "proc.mem["httpd",,,,rss]" items becoming unsupported with following warnings in logfile. Usually clears after 1-2 min.

2022/02/17 14:49:55.281314 failed to execute exporter task for itemid:5368 key 'proc.mem["httpd",,,,vsize]' error: 'Failed to read status file for pid '16832': no such file or directory'
2022/02/17 14:49:55.281340 check 'proc.mem["httpd",,,,vsize]' is not supported: Failed to read status file for pid '16832': no such file or directory

Any idea what could it be?
