Proxy Last Seen time too high

Hello,

I hope everyone is ok.
I am having an issue with a new proxy and server. For some reason, the "Last Seen (age)" is around 25 minutes. I am using 5.0.20 both.
I can confirm that the packets from the proxy reach the server every 1-minute approx. I checked with tcpdump. (The server does not refresh the Last Seen Time).

Is there any way I can troubleshoot this? I do not see anything in /var/log/zabbix_server.log

Try zabbix-get, maybe you could get some values there, then the problem could be in the configuration of the two components.
Could you please provide the config for zabbix-server and proxy please?
