Error Importing Zabbix Template: Item with key already exists

I am trying to upload zabbix templates I customized to a dev box for testing but when I try I get this error:

Error Importing Zabbix Template: Item with key "net.tcp.service[http]" already exists on "HTTP Service"

So I understand the key exists and would just look to remove that template with the issue to I can bulk upload the other templates.

Does anyone have any idea how this can be done?
