I would like to ask if anyone of you ever experienced a problem with displaying Zabbix dashboards on Samsung Smart Signage TV panels?
We run two Zabbix instances in our organization, one in version 4.4.10 and the newer other one in version 5.4.10. We wanted to migrate all our hosts from the old instance (4.4.10) to the new instance (5.4.10) but in the new instance (5.4.10) the Zabbix dashboards are not visible in the browser that Samsung Smart TVs are using. They are not rendered, there is just an empty space on the website where a dashboard is normally rendered. On standard PC browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Edge-Chromium) everything is just fine. On the older instance 4.4.10, the dashboards are also rendered just fine. We have also tested it on the latest 6.0 LTS version with a link provided in a webinar, and the issue was there, the dashboards were not visible. So, all the version above 5.4.(something) are causing the issue and the dashboards are not displayed on the Samsung Smart Signage TV panels.
The TVs are: Samsung QM65R, OS Tizen 4.0, web browser version 2.1.1.1121271 (Tizenbrowser), but the we experience the same issues on the QMN series of Samsung Smart Signage panels.
Are there any ways to troubleshoot it?
