zabbix-server 6.0.1 won't start on ubuntu 21.04

I installed zabbix 6.0.1 from sources on ubuntu 21.04.
Now zabbix-server failed to start. The log is as follows.

After a DB server crash, I had similar issues (Zabbix 4.0, MySQL 5.7.16 on Solaris 10, compiled from sources and also on Linux, Zabbix 6.0.1, MySQL 8.0.26, the same database migrated from the Solaris server and upgraded). For me, the issue was related to the events / problems etc. tables. I could never find out exaclty why, possibily a bug in the code triggered by partial data in the tables). The database was not corrupted (export/import did not produce any warnings or error) but seems that some correlations between tables were wacky.
My solution was to clear (delete/truncate) all data in the tables related to events, problems, acks (all event* tables, acknowledges, problem* tables, escalations, alerts). The server then started and there was no crash (on Solaris 10 and Linux, Zabbix 4.0 and 6.01).

Looking at the log file, I see the last query is 'select co.corr_operationid,co.correlationid,co.type from correlation c,corr_operation co where c.correlationid=co.correlationid and c.status=0'. Try to clear table correlation and all corr_* tables.

All the corr_* tables are already empty.

If you can reproduce it reliably, i suggest you open a bug report to support.zabbix.com with the logs on the fresh new db.attached.

Thanks for your suggestion. I just recompiled zabbix-server with newer version 6.0.2, and it's fine now.

I stumbled on a bug report similar to your problem, I don't remember the number. It seems it was happening to a few others and it seems to be fixed in 6.0.2. Some said it was related to mongodb monitoring, others that was related to recent libc patches.
