Rocket.Chat notification | Invalid channel

I followed the steps in this tutorial to add notifications for RocketChat: https://git.zabbix.com/projects/ZBX/...Frelease%2F5.2
The problem I have is that I get the "Invalid channel" error even though the channel exists on the RocketChat server and the user whose API data has access to the channel. The channel is "# channel-name" and has been set to the Zabbix user level.

Original error log:

Sending failed: Request failed with status code 400: "[invalid-channel]". Check debug log for more information.

Any tip is welcome.

This document forget to mention that you need to create a global macro {$ZABBIX.URL} with you zabbix installation URL.
You can create it on Administration -> General -> Macros
