    "Report unknown triggers"

Hello. Tell me please how can i avoid "Report unknown triggers" in my email? I set an action conditions as Type of calculation = And, trigger value = problem, group = windows servers, and in user settings "Not classified" is not set. But i still receive messages from hosts that not in "windows hosts" group with "Report unknown triggers" in audit action and with "Unknown(or Normal): some host status".

    help me please. tnx.

    Hi,

Configuration -> Actions -> select Event source "Internal" in top right dropdown
There is an action to report unknown triggers. I did not really get if you are setting your conditions there or in actions for normal triggers in problem state.

How are your internal actions configured?

    Best Regards,
    Ingus

I also have a similar problem. FileShare is one of the hosts being monitored by zabbix on my end but every morning at 6:00am, it sends the below message. It also applies to other hosts being monitored on the zabbix server.
        Any solution?

Trigger: Fileshare has just been restarted
        Trigger status: PROBLEM
        Trigger severity: Information
        Trigger URL:

        Item values:

        1. System uptime (Fileshare:system.uptime): 19:05:43
        2. *UNKNOWN* (*UNKNOWN*:*UNKNOWN*): *UNKNOWN*
        3. *UNKNOWN* (*UNKNOWN*:*UNKNOWN*): *UNKNOWN*

        Original event ID: 11730
