    Timezone Appliance

    Hello,

    i have problem with Timezone in zabbix 2.4.4

    I do :
    cp /usr/share/zoneinfo/Europe/Berlin /etc/localtime

    In my file : /etc/php5/apache2/php.ini
    I have :
    [date]
    ; définies the default timezone used by the date functions
    ; http://php.net/date.timezone
    date.timezone = Europe/Berlin

    And in my file : /etc/php5/cli/php.ini
    I have :
    ; définies the default timezone used by the date functions
    ; http://php.net/date.timezone
    date.timezone = Europe/Berlin

    In my interface web i have "Europe/berlin" but I have 15 minute late.

    But Why ?

    I tried everything the solutions proposed but nothing happens.
    Thank you...

    Hi,

    Run "date" command on your server.
    Is the time correct there? Maybe you need to configure NTP to avoid clock drift.

    Best Regards,
    Ingus

        Hi,

        Maybe this article can help you to set correct time manually:
        http://www.cyberciti.biz/faq/howto-s...ommand-prompt/

        If you are using virtualisation of any kind then incorrect clock might be set on the host machine itself.

        Best Regards,
        Ingus

              if you run zabbix-appliance within esx try to check the date on the esx hypervisor. Try to configure NTP on the hypervisor (ESX: Configuration\Time)
              Configure the vm / appliance to sync the time with the host.

              Within the appliance try to configure ntp:
              /etc/ntp.conf:
              Code:
              server <ip.to.local.timeserver>
              server <ip.to.external.timeserver>
