trigger based on item coming from userparameter for host monitor behind proxy?

I have a question for trigger creation.

Does zabbix support trigger creation for items values that is feed from script that load using userparameter on a host which being monitor through zabbix-proxy?

If your item value reaches server, then you can configure trigger on it... It really does not matter how that value is acquired...
