template import fails

Hi everybody

I've migrated our zabbix installation from 2.2.11 to 2.4.7.
I've updated the whole system during this progress. (Was debian 7.9, upgraded to debian 8.2)

To complete the upgrade I've tried to import the official templates, which fails with the error message: "Incorrect file upload."

I've looked into the zabbix_server.log, which is not helping.
The apache2 error log has some more information:

[Mon Jan 11 10:03:11.511140 2016] [core:error] [pid 2181] [client 172.16.4.101:24764] AH00126: Invalid URI in request                <units>sps</units>

I've exported a existing template and tried to import the same, this will raise the same error.

Any ideas what I am missing?

Hi guys,

problem solved.
Digging deeper into the system reveals that the upgrade to debian 8 went a little bit wrong.
The php installation was kind of screwed and allowed only uploads up to 4kb.
