(Help) Web Scenarios update interval when site is down

Hi, I was wondering if there is any good solutions for ramping up the time interval for when Zabbix checks a website if its down. My setup is set up for Website monitoring every 4 minute. My goal is when a site goes down, I would like to change the frequency to something like 30s or something like that, so that I don't have to wait another 4 minutes for Zabbix to recognize that the site is back up again. Is this possible? Haven't found any good solutions for this.

Only way I can imagine this working is to fire an action and update polling frequency over API.
