Zabbix Agent 2 will not start on windows 2016 Server

I have installed this agent on several servers successfully without incident until now. Agent installs fine but will not start. It stops with the following error pop up "The Zabbix Agent 2 Service on Local Computer started and then stopped, Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs". There is no Agent log nor are there any errors listed in event viewer. Any one have a few pointers on what the underlying issue may be?

Check the config file for any typo.
Which version of the zabbix and agent are you using?
