Windows Agent Does Not Communicate With Zabbix Server

Hello!

I installed a windows agent on a Windows 2012 server. I am getting the following error:

Get value from agent failed: cannot connect to [[10.x.x.x]:10050]: [4] Interrupted system call


I have:

-Power-cycled the Windows server
-Changed the port on the Windows server to 10050
-Changed the port on the Windows server to 10051
-Set the server field in the agent config file to be the Zabbix IP address
-Set the server ListenPort to 10050
-Set the ServerActive to 10.x.x.x:10051 (Zabbix server w/ Zabbix port)
-Hostname=WindowsServerHostname.Domain.local
-The Zabbix service on the windows server states that it's Active

Has anyone else experienced this issue before? How can I troubleshoot this problem and find a solution?

netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name="Zabbix port 10050" dir=in action=allow protocol=TCP localport=10050 (or 10051)
