    Zabbix 6.0 will not show data from cpu utilization or memory utilization

    Hi, Thank you for taking the time to read this. We have been using Zabbix 5 for a while, and just recently the agents are not reporting data for cpu utilization or memory utilization. we upgraded to 6.0 and still having the same issue. we are mainly tracking cpu util, mem util, and Disk space used...Disk space is being reported just fine from all servers, but all those same servers are not reporting cpu or mem utilization. it is the strangest thing. I can do a zabbix_get from the server, to the affected servers and see the data there, but it isn't pulling into the web portal for some reason. I have no idea what to do from here. Any Advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

      Has anyone seen this problem? we have even created a new instance of the Zabbix server, and it is not reporting either. This is a very strange issue I cannot find the resolution for on the internet anywhere and am hoping someone on here has an idea.

              I had this problem using Zabbix Agent 2. On the standard Zabbix Agent it just works fine.

                  So, it "suddenly" did not work with v5, you upgraded to 6 and it is still not working. Now if you think about this, is it really a Zabbix issue? Nothing changed in your hosts?

                  You have not provided any info, that could help anyone to suggest anything...
                  What platform does not return values? Windows? Linux? Solaris? How is the items configured? Agent builtins or some perf counters (in case of windows) etc etc...
                  Agent2 or classic agent...
                  Did you just upgrade server or also agents? Is there anything suspicious written in agent logs..

                      90% windows, and 5% linux. 1 windows box is showing data, but the other 50+ do not.
                      classic agent. upgraded server and a couple of the agents 1st with no change.
                      we were using the the zabbix agent for windows active template and it worked for a while. we think the issue was the active agent. we took that template off, and put the hosts in the zabbix for Windows passive and data started rolling in again.
