How to read 32bit performance counters on 64bit host

I'd like to read perfcounters from 32bit app, running on 64bit host (Windows 10). It looks that zabbix agent can read only 64-bit counters. When I'm trying to read counter from 32 bit app, I see:

ZBX_NOTSUPPORTED: Cannot obtain performance information from collector.

How to do it ?
