Action script not triggered

Hello,

I'm having an email action (smtp) which is working correctly.
I added on it another action with a different media (I would like to trigger a script to open a ticket on a service desk tool).

But this new media is not called (see screenshot, only email is sent, not the 2nd media).
this is action : sent to cockpit user



I created a dedicated user with this new media defined



this is media:

Media is correctly defined (test is OK) and enabled.


For testing purpose, I generated something which trigger a problem.
Email is correctly sent.
Script is not called.

I found nothing about this on zabbix_server.log
Action for script media doesn't apperars in report->action logs

any help of how debugging this would be appreciated

Did you give enough permissions to that cockpit user? Action is not triggered, if user has no rights to objects in event...

thanks, you pointed the issue.
I added read permission on host group and action worked!.
