Interface IP missing when creating entry for Proxy

HI All,
Trying out to set a proxy server, after installing a proxy server, I tried creating entry for it at Administration => Proxy => create proxy. I got an window to enter the details, but there was no option to enter the IP interface details
I have attached a screen shot of the window.
Like to request feedback and advice, is this the normal window which we get when we create the Proxy or what I am something is wrong on it
I am using Ubuntu 14.04 LTS and zabbix release is 2.4-1

Hi,

You will not get those details if you are setting up an active proxy. You need to specify only the Proxy name which must exactly match the "Hostname" in zabbix_proxy.conf. The reason is that Zabbix server will never initiate a connection to active proxy therefore connection details are not needed.

If you choose to set up passive proxy then you get the IP field. However active proxy is the recommended way because of better performance.
