Zabbix 6.0 template Delta UPS issue

Hello Everyone,

Last night my building I'm working on was cut power. But Zabbix doesn't send alerts to my slack channel & email ( but I still receive other notification errors to my channel & email ).

+ I'm using a template here

I guess it is not about your problem config but action config maybe? Or access issue, if your slack integration user has no access to those UPS resources?

Just notification ICMP ping alert to Slack Channel & problem with UPS Battery Charge Level.

I saw from first post already, that you have problems generated etc... if action is not triggered, then it is issue with action, not trigger. You should look over the action conditions and also permissions...
