monitor Microsoft exchange's web sites

Hi there everybody
I wanna to monitor microsoft exchange web site availabilty
as you know exchange create some web sites and application pools in IIS
I wanna to monitor http response time and availability of these sites and app pools
do you have any item suggestion for that
