Hyperthreading - graphic physical cpu load

Is there a way to get the cpu usage of the main cpu rather than graphing all the individual hyperthreaded cpu's? e.g. if the server has 2 physical processors, graph the two physical, not the four virutal. and base cpu load off the 2 physical procs? any ideas? thank you.
