Redirect to official host web

Hi! I'm looking for a functionality that we've been using on WhatsUp Gold which is: redirect from Zabbix to the official configuration web of the host.

Suppose I'm monitoring a router of my network (the host), I can access to the web interface of the router with the IP that I assigned. So, I want a functionality that allows me with a click to open the router web interface on another tab of the browser, something like the ping function.

I thought it was the "Web" functionality, but it isn't even close.

I think I used to just put a url in the host's description. It was for server OOB management, I think I had an item that had the OOB IP, then used the API to put the https prefix and proper port number for the url.

Hi! I've the exactly the same question.
LenR (sorry for tag you, hope not be disrespectful) I don't finish to understand your idea.
I think I did something similar from an idea a user gave me in another forum: I put the URL on the inventory/description so then I can access by "activate host popup (the one with Inventory, Latest data, Scripts, etc), click on Inventory, click on Details in the Inventory screen". This way works but it isn't practical because the access is a bit cumbersome.
What you say is to use the API to add what's necessary to the IP and then, how or from where can I access to the link?
