    Help: zabbix popup window for every page before any page load

    when I refresh or click it show popup as attached screenshot, please suggest how to stop this triggering.

      more info : popup window will come for all click, if we cancel, zabbix page working without any issue.

                Since it is not the dialog output by Zabbix, isn't it set to authenticate with a web server or web proxy?
