Upgrade Zabbix Server Database upgrade failed

Here's how I fixed the issue

I've added these 3 lines into MySQL initiation file

disable_log_bin
log_bin_trust_function_creators=1
skip-log-bin

I then restart mysql, and then zabbix-proxy

I think I got it working now... I ran SET GLOBAL log_bin_trust_function_creators = 1; at the MySQL server

I think I love you. I just ran into this same thing on Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS after running for a long time with no issues. I updated yesterday and everything died. It's working now. WOOHOOOOO!

I have similar problem but with update zabbix server from 6.0.21 to 6.4.1
In my case I saw this on log file:
