    Problem with one of our maps

    Hello,

    Since a few days we are running into some problems with one of the maps the formal IT admin has set-up. I'm relatively new to Zabbix so I hope you guys can help me.
    We are running Zabbix version 5.4.8 on Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS. This is the error we get on he map.
    • Undefined offset: 0 [zabbix.php:22 → require_once() → ZBase->run() → ZBase->processRequest() → ZBase->processResponseFinal() → CView->getOutput() → include() → CScreenMap->get() → CMapHelper::get() → CMapHelper::resolveMapState() in include/classes/helpers/CMapHelper.php:251]
    • Trying to access array offset on value of type null [zabbix.php:22 → require_once() → ZBase->run() → ZBase->processRequest() → ZBase->processResponseFinal() → CView->getOutput() → include() → CScreenMap->get() → CMapHelper::get() → CMapHelper::resolveMapState() in include/classes/helpers/CMapHelper.php:251]

    Eventually the map stops working and looks like it's loading.

    Hi Krikke72.

    Facing the same problem in version 6.2.7. Started after upgrading from 6.0.
    Have you managed to fix it?

        I had the same issue on a map here, it happens that we had an element linked to a trigger and the host was deleted. After that, the trigger remained empty, generating the error.

        After deleting the map element, the error was gone.
