Zabbix 6.2 - active checks through proxy shows "unknown" availability ?

Hello.. I'm *new* to Zabbix, so I figured I'd check here before trying to file a bug.

I'm using v6.2 for server, client, proxy, etc -- which has a new feature of showing the green ZBX availability icon when purely active checks are used.

Initially I set up a client with active checks reporting directly to my server and this works as described -- ZBX availability is green for the host and stays that way as long as the active heartbeats come in on time.

Then I setup the client to use a local proxy instead (connected to server with active connection and TLS PSK that is all working fine). Initially it acts the same (ZBX availability starts as green for the host), but after maybe 5 minutes or so, the ZBX availability icon goes grey and on mouseover it shows "unavailable".

However, the active checks are still up and sending data and I can see the agent logging heartbeats being sent. Also if I go into the latest data for the host I even see "Active Agent Availability" is 1 which is available.

Am I overlooking something or is this a bug with the new feature?

    Thanks!

Hi. I think I'm having the same issue on 6.2.1.

We have a few proxies (running on Docker on different servers). One proxy seems to work fine. Another does not.

If I reboot the problematic proxy, all the hosts seem to go green for a short while, before going back to grey.
I see no issues in either log. I see periodic heartbeats from agent to proxy with tcpdump.
Both proxies run the same Docker images with the same configuration. What gives?

I also see zabbix[host,active_agent,available] = 1 on all of them when I test the item.
