New trigger does not show up on any dashboard problem widget.

I have created a new item/trigger for checking if a server process is running or not. The trigger will notify with an alert on the dashboard (popup with audible), send an alert email, put the event in the action log. However, it will not populate the dashboard widgets for problems. Could someone please assist me with this? I can't figure out what I am missing.

Answered my own question. I had one server missing in a host group.
